| These results are comparable with the results of a study conducted in 2011 by Byström. She asked staff members about perceived obstacles when using newly introduced social tools (Forsgren et al. 2011). Byström also reported about the error culture as an obstacle and about the fact that staff members tend not to see the need for or the benefits of social tools or generally are not willing to familiarize themselves with new tools (Forsgren et al.: 2 et seq.).

Die erzielten Ergebnisse lassen sich gut mit einer Studie von Katriina Byström aus dem Jahr 2011 vergleichen, die zu ähnlichen Ergebnissen kam. Dabei ging es um die Frage, welche Hürden Beschäftigte bei der Nutzung von neu implementierten Social Tools wahrnehmen (Byström 2011). Byström berichtet ebenfalls von der Hürde der Fehlerkultur oder davon, dass der Bedarf und Nutzen eines Social Tools nicht gesehen oder generell keine Bereitschaft besteht, neue Tools zu erlernen (Byström 2011, S. 2 f.).
