| Eine solche Bestimmung ist jedoch nicht unproblematisch, da die "Dialektik von Besonderem und Allgemeinem, von Form und Inhalt, von aktiver und passiver Ausgestaltung" (Windeler 2001: 98) aus dem Blick gerät und die Vermittlung der Beziehungsstrukturen mit den Handlungsweisen nicht wirklich erklärt wird. Es wird jedoch angenommen, dass der Beziehungszusammenhang zwischen Merkmalen der Struktur und Handlungsweisen eng miteinander verknüpft ist.
