In feminine societies management will consider the environment, the quality of working life, and concern for the less fortunate. For example profitability and market share will be defined within this context. Operational decisions will consider work satisfaction and the development of a congenial and nurturing work environment. Work is generally regarded as suitable for either sex, with more consideration given to assigning work according to individual abilities and preferences. Decision-making responsibility will depend on ability and will be shared between the sexes.
